Craig joined Ultimus in December of 2001. As the Vice President of Transfer Agent Systems, Craig is responsible for leveraging technology through integration enhancements and user testing across the entire spectrum of transfer agent software and support applications.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Craig was employed by Equity Analysts, Inc., where he was the Manager of Shareholder Services and Fund Accounting. He has over fifteen years of mutual fund operations and accounting experience. He is a graduate of the Purdue University and a General Securities Registered Representative and a General Securities Principal.
