Jeff Moeller

Vice President Transfer Agent Director

Jeff joined Ultimus in August of 2008. As the Transfer Agent Director, Jeff is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Transfer Agency including Shareholder Services, Broker Dealer Services and Transfer Agent Operations.

Jeff started his career at BISYS Fund Services and also worked at Nationwide Advisory Services, Integrated Investment Services and JPMorgan. He has over 20 years of financial services experience including 15 years dedicated to mutual fund transfer agency.

Jeff currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Greater Cincinnati Mutual Fund Association, is an active member of the ICI Transfer Agent Advisory Committee as well as the National Investment Company Service Association’s Transfer Agent Committee. He is a graduate of Walsh University, a General Securities Registered Representative and a General Securities Principal.
