Mark Seger

Managing Director

Mr. Seger is a co-founder and Managing Director of Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the delivery of Fund Accounting and Transfer Agent services to Ultimus clients.

Prior to co-founding Ultimus in August of 1999, he was Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Countrywide Fund Services, Inc. (formerly MGF Service Corp.), a registered transfer agent and mutual fund service provider. During his 12 years at Countrywide, Mr. Seger held various positions of increasing responsibilities including Mutual Fund Controller, Treasurer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer.

Prior to joining Countrywide, Mr. Seger was a Senior Accountant in the Audit Division of Arthur Andersen’s Cincinnati office, working primarily on financial services industry engagements, including two mutual fund complexes.

He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner and a General Securities Registered Representative.
