Vice President – Mutual Fund Controller

Theresa joined Ultimus in September of 2000. As the Mutual Fund Controller, she oversees all aspects of daily fund accounting operations, financial reporting and tax compliance and reporting. Prior to joining Ultimus, Theresa spent six years working at Integrated Fund Services in positions of increasing responsibility in the company’s Fund Accounting area. She began her career at Integrated as a Fund Accounting Supervisor and was later promoted to Fund Accounting Manager and then Vice President - Fund Accounting/Financial Reporting where she oversaw the daily operations and financial reporting for over 70 mutual funds.

Prior to working at Integrated, she was employed by the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen, LLP in the Cincinnati office, and was involved with investment company audits during her nearly two years with the firm. She is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Certified Public Accountant.
