Tina Bloom

Vice President of Administration

Tina joined Ultimus in March of 2006. As the Vice President of Administration, Tina provides compliance and administrative services to clients of Ultimus. Prior to joining Ultimus, Tina spent 11 years working at Integrated Fund Services in positions of increasing responsibility in the company’s Legal and Fund Administration department. She began her career at Integrated as a Staff Attorney and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President and then Vice President – Managing Attorney where she oversaw fund administration and blue sky services for over 80 mutual funds and a department of 7 attorneys, paralegals and associates.

Prior to joining Integrated, she was employed as a Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand in the Cincinnati office. Tina received her B.S. from Xavier University and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She is a licensed Ohio attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
