Wade Bridge

Vice President of Administration

Wade joined Ultimus in May of 2002. As the Vice President of Administration, Wade provides compliance and administrative services to clients of Ultimus. Prior to joining Ultimus, Wade was employed by Integrated Fund Services to provide administrative services to its mutual fund clients. More recently, he spent two years as the Director of Compliance for Fort Washington Brokerage Services, a subsidiary of the Western and Southern Life Insurance Company.

Wade is a licensed Kentucky attorney. He received his B.A. from the University of Missouri and his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University.
