Robert G. Dorsey, Managing Director
Bob brings over 20 years experience in the mutual fund servicing industry. Prior to co-founding Ultimus, he was President of Countrywide Fund Services, Inc., responsible for new business development, client services and relationship management.
Bob is a graduate of Christian Brothers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), a General Securities Registered Representative and a NASD Financial Operations Principal.

Mark J. Seger, Managing Director
Mark brings over 20 years experience in the mutual fund servicing industry. Prior to co-founding Ultimus, he was Chief Accounting Officer of Countrywide Fund Services, Inc., managing the day-to-day operations of the fund accounting division
Mark is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner and a General Securities Registered Representative.

John F. Splain, Managing Director
John brings over 20 years experience in the mutual fund servicing industry. Prior to co-founding Ultimus, he was First Vice President and Secretary of Countrywide Fund Services, providing regulatory, compliance and administration services to mutual fund clients. In addition, John is a licensed Ohio attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He received his BA and MBA degrees from Xavier University and his JD from Northern Kentucky University.
