Fund Distribution
Ultimus provides fund distribution services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ultimus Fund Distributors, LLC, a registered broker-dealer.

Our distribution services:
	Qualify as broker-dealer under all applicable state or federal laws
	Maintain the securities licenses of fund personnel
	Prepare, maintain and monitor all continuing education requirements
	Conduct annual compliance meeting with registered representatives
	Prepare reports for the Board regarding the Fund’s distribution
	Establish and maintain selected dealer agreements with investment dealers
	Review and approve all advertising and sales literature
	Process sales loads and 12b-1 fees if applicable
