As Chief Executive Officer, Gary provides strategic leadership to the company and oversees the implementation and progress of those plans. He has overseen many mergers and acquisitions and is responsible for expanding Ultimus’ product capabilities. Gary works closely with the executive management team to ensure the operational delivery of Ultimus’ client-centric services and solutions.

Prior to joining Ultimus ten years ago, Gary was head of North American Operations at Citibank, N.A. Fund Services Division, where he was responsible for service delivery for all clients in the region for 16 years. A testament to his leadership and contributions to the industry, Gary was inducted into Global Custodian’s Hall of Fame in 2024 due to his contributions to the financial services industry.

Gary is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He joined Ultimus in 2014 and has been in the financial services industry since 1990. Currently, Gary is on the Investment Company Institute Board of Governors.

As Vice Chairman of Ultimus Fund Solutions, Jim Cass plays a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market activities, spearheading strategic initiatives, and fostering key client relationships to ensure Ultimus’ continued innovation and industry leadership. Jim provides over 30 years of leadership, operational expertise, and client service experience for registered and alternative investments.

Prior to his current role, Jim held the position of President, Ultimus Private Fund Solutions, where he was instrumental in developing and executing the business strategies and fueling new sales growth in the private fund administration segment. Before joining Ultimus, he founded Hidden Crest LLC, a consulting firm specializing in Alternative Investment Services, where he advised service providers and private equity firms on strategic and tactical initiatives.

Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at SEI Investments, culminating in his position as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Alternative Investment Fund Administration business. In this role, he oversaw strategic product development, client service, and operational service models.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Jim is Chair Emeritus of the Thomas Jefferson Kanbar College Advancement Council and a trustee of the Thomas Jefferson University Academic Affairs Committee.

As President, Public Fund Solutions at Ultimus, John Lehner will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the public fund administration segment and reinforcing Ultimus’ commitment to best-in-class service. With more than two decades of leadership in the financial services industry, John brings a wealth of experience in building and scaling innovative, client-focused organizations. John’s strategic vision and commitment to excellence guide Ultimus in delivering market-leading solutions for public fund clients.

Prior to joining Ultimus in 2025, John was President and Board Observer at FundGuard, an AI-powered SaaS platform for investment management and administration. There, he played a key role in securing significant institutional funding and generating over $100 million in SaaS annual contract value through strategic client partnerships and global expansion. His leadership was central to the company’s rapid growth and industry recognition.

Previously, John served in executive roles at State Street Corporation, overseeing businesses with combined revenues exceeding $5 billion, and leading teams across multiple continents. At BNY Mellon and its subsidiary Eagle Investment Systems, he was instrumental in integrating advanced technology, achieving sustained revenue growth, and scaling international operations. His efforts have consistently driven organizational transformation and set new industry standards.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from Seton Hall University. He’s been an active community leader, most recently serving on the board of uAspire, a nonprofit advancing college affordability, and has previously held leadership roles in organizations such as BNY Mellon New England and Massachusetts General Hospital’s Think:Kids initiative.

As President, Private Fund Solutions at Ultimus, Jay Martin leads the private fund administration business, overseeing all aspects of service delivery for private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, fund of funds, and private credit funds. He is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and client success across Ultimus’ alternative investment business line.
 
Previously, Jay served as President of Investment Services at US Bank, where he led the custody and fund administration group and established a successful private credit accelerator fund. He also held executive roles at Citco Fund Services and Citi, overseeing large operational teams, driving significant new business, and improving profitability. His leadership experience spans top firms, including JPMorgan Chase Bank, S.W.I.F.T. Pan Americas, The Bank of New York, and Mellon Trust.
 
Jay received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bowdoin College and has been in the financial services industry since 1988.

As Executive Vice President & COO, Evan oversees the day to day operations of the Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions group. He also works closely with the management team on strategic initiatives and provides technical accounting guidance to the fund accounting team.

Evan co-founded Woodfield Fund Administration, LLC in 2005. He was instrumental in growing Woodfield from a start-up firm with three employees to a widely recognized private fund administration firm.

Prior to co-founding Woodfield in 2005, Evan served as Chief Financial Officer of a registered investment adviser which managed four hedge fund of funds. Prior to that, he was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in Dallas, where he was responsible for the oversight of the annual audits of more than forty private fund clients.

Evan is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and California (Inactive). He has been in the financial services industry since 1994.

As Executive Vice President and Head of Fund Services, Terry is responsible for overseeing the delivery of fund accounting, financial administration, tax, and portfolio compliance services to Ultimus’ clients and funds such as mutual funds, ETFs, and retail alternatives.

Terry joined Ultimus in March 2025, bringing with her over 27 years of accounting and administration operations experience. Prior to joining Ultimus, Terry worked at State Street, where she was a global functional head managing the financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and tax compliance operations servicing registered and alternative clients and funds. Prior to that, Terry held senior roles first in mutual fund accounting and then in the alternative investment services division.

Terry received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Nick Darsch is Chief Commercial Officer at Ultimus Fund Solutions. He leads the firm’s commercial strategy, accelerates growth, and drives strategic execution across its full suite of public and private market fund solutions.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, Nick directly oversees all client development activities, including sales and marketing efforts, focusing on building and strengthening strategic relationships with investment advisers and industry partners. He champions key client partnerships and drives forward-looking, customized fund solutions and advances new market opportunities for Ultimus’s diverse client base.

Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Portfolio Alternatives (IPA), reflecting his commitment to industry advocacy and promoting global best practices.

Before joining Ultimus, Nick held various senior roles across sales, strategic relationship management, product, and research at SS&C Technologies (including predecessor firms DST Systems, ALPS, and Boston Financial Data Services). His leadership has been recognized by the IPA, where he was named to the Rising Leaders Council, and by Fund Directions, which selected him as a “Rising Star” in the Asset Management industry.

Nick received a B.S. in Economics and Finance and an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.

As EVP, Client Relationship Officer for Ultimus, Kelly Ramsey Gooch is responsible for developing relationship management strategy for Ultimus’ private fund business and leading day-to-day relationship management efforts for our clients.

Kelly joined Ultimus in October 2020 and has 30 years of experience in client-facing roles within the registered and private fund administration business. Prior to joining Ultimus, Kelly was focused on developing relationships with strategic alternative asset management clients and driving client satisfaction for a global financial services business. In addition to relationship management, Kelly’s experience includes fund administration, operations management, investor services, project management, business development, and client implementations.

Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey, her master’s degree in leadership from Duquesne University, and has completed a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (ABD).

Gary is responsible for developing the sales and market strategy across the organization and managing the execution of that strategy across the various market segments for the entire suite of Ultimus Fund Solutions. He works remotely out of the Cincinnati, Ohio office.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Gary was Senior Vice President and National Sales director at two other large fund service providers, responsible for developing and managing business development efforts. With more than 30 years of experience in the asset servicing industry, Gary has consistently developed and managed sales teams focused on delivering outsourced front, middle, and back office solutions across traditional and alternative asset management firms.

Gary is a graduate of Youngstown State University. He joined Ultimus in 2019 and has been in the financial services industry since 1990.

David James

As Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Risk Officer at Ultimus Fund Solutions, David is responsible for the legal aspects of the company’s operations, strategic initiatives, and corporate governance activities. He oversees Corporate Legal, Legal Administration, and both internal and external Compliance teams. He is responsible for the overall delivery of legal services to the company’s clients, contractual matters, product development, and support to the company’s executive management team.

David entered the financial services industry in 1997 after beginning his legal career as a trial attorney in Boston and has over 23 years of 1940 Act mutual fund legal experience. Before joining Ultimus Fund Solutions in 2018, David served as the Department Head of State Street Bank and Trust Company’s Fund Administration Legal Department – a group of over 54 attorneys and paralegals that provided legal regulatory services to over 60 mutual fund complexes, including BlackRock, SSGA, Transamerica, MetLife, Blackstone, and WisdomTree. David spent 15 years at State Street, and prior to that role, he worked in the legal departments for Fidelity Investments and PNC Global Investment Servicing (US), Inc.

David serves on (i) ICI’s Chief Risk Officer Committee, (ii) SEC Rules Committee (i) NICSA’s Alternative Investments Committee, (ii) Compliance and Risk Committee, (iii) Fund Administration Committee. He was a significant contributor to State Street’s 2017 publication entitled “Building Investor Confidence: A Guide for Mutual Fund Boards of Directors.” He has also served on industry panels for BoardIQ, Independent Directors Council of the ICI, NICSA, State Street, and Boston Financial Data Services.

David holds a law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law (1995). He also holds a bachelor of science degree in political science from East Tennessee State University (1993). He is a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars and maintains active Ohio Corporate Counsel Status.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Ian works across all business lines to ensure that integration and synergy goals are enhanced throughout the organization while also meeting key financial targets. He has executive management business line responsibilities for the Transfer Agent, Northern Lights Distributors, LLC and Ultimus Fund Distributors, LLC. He also serves as President and Interested Trustee for North Square Investments Trust.

Ian is a nationally recognized industry authority on mutual fund processing, shareholder servicing, efficiency, and quality control. Before joining Ultimus, Ian led the Transfer Agent and Dealer Clearing departments as an Executive Vice President for U.S. Bank Global Fund Services, playing an integral role in strengthening client relationships and overseeing critical processing partnerships.

Ian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He joined Ultimus in 2019 and has worked in the trust, investment management and fund administration industry since 1992.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Heather is responsible for all strategic and operational HR functions across all business lines. As a executive management team member, she works closely with the leadership group to align and strengthen the link between people and strategy.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Heather gained extensive experience working in various positions of increasing responsibility at rapid-growth portfolio companies in the IT, Apparel, and HR specialty industries. This broad spectrum of past employment brings the perspectives and exposure necessary to facilitate developing leaders and empowering employees.

Heather is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and holds her Senior Professional Human Resources certification. She is also a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati and is avidly involved in the community.

Before joining the company, Jason led Citigroup’s global securities and fund services application development. In that role, he was responsible for managing more than 50 technology professionals and supporting solutions for multiple global business lines including fund services, middle office, hedge, and private equity fund services.

Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bryant University and his master’s degree in business administration from Boston University. He joined Ultimus in August 2015 and has been in the financial services industry since 1999.

Bill Strait serves as General Counsel for The Ultimus Group, LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Ultimus”). As General Counsel for Ultimus, Bill oversees Ultimus’ Corporate Legal Department and is tasked with the oversight of all legal matters for Ultimus and its subsidiaries.

From 2012 until their acquisition by GTCR in 2019, Bill served as General Counsel of the Gemini Companies and as Associate General Counsel for the Gemini Companies’ parent company, NorthStar Financial Services Group, LLC. For the period May 2018 to May 2020, Bill also served as President of Northern Lights Distributors, LLC, one of Ultimus’ two broker-dealer entities.

Before joining the Gemini Companies as in-house legal counsel, Bill was a partner at Scudder Law Firm, P.C., LLO, where he was engaged in a corporate finance law practice from 1998 to 2012.

Bill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Northern Iowa, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Cornell Law School. Bill holds the Series 7 and 24 licenses.

Kevin Wolf currently serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Client Strategies at Ultimus Fund Solutions, where he focuses on enhancing client outcomes and delivering exceptional fund solutions. Kevin also serves as the primary executive officer for select series trusts sponsored by Ultimus, further demonstrating his commitment to client success. He joined Gemini Fund Services (now Ultimus Fund Solutions) in 2001, bringing over two decades of expertise in the financial services industry.
 
From 2019 to 2025, Kevin held the position of Executive Vice President, Head of Fund Administration and Product, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the company’s service offerings. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2019, Kevin served as President of Gemini Fund Services, in which he oversaw all operations and service units, driving efficiency and growth across the organization.
 
Kevin started in the mutual fund industry in 1991, and he accumulated extensive expertise in financial reporting and fund management. Before joining Ultimus, he was Assistant Vice President in the financial reporting department of Salomon Smith Barney Asset Management, where he was responsible for the preparation of shareholder reports for over 200 mutual funds while supervising a staff of reporting specialists. Earlier in his career, Kevin refined his skills as a mutual fund accountant for both Dean Witter (currently Morgan Stanley) and Chemical Bank (currently JP Morgan Chase).

Stephen Auresto is Senior Vice President of Business Development at Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions. Stephen is responsible for driving growth in the private fund administration business. In this role, he works closely with private fund clients to understand their unique challenges and create custom fund administration solutions. Stephen leads the development of new business opportunities, expands client relationships, and helps clients navigate the complexities of fund structures, reporting, and operational efficiencies.

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the alternative asset industry, specializing in the development and management of front-to-back-office technology, services, processes and controls. A proven leader, he excels at fostering strategic relationships that drive business growth and support key initiatives, with a particular focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of alternative investment managers.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Stephen spent over 12 years at SS&C Technologies holding multiple roles in fund accounting, operations, and business development. Stephen also spent nearly a decade working at two separate buy side hedge funds, Andor Capital and Phidias Capital Management, where he held multiple front-to-back office roles, including Head of Asia and European Trading. In these positions, Stephen was responsible for overseeing global trading operations, accounting and managing key relationships with prime brokers, counterparties, and service providers.

Stephen received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant University with a concentration in finance.

Maureen Fitzpatrick is a Senior VP, Business Development focused on developing new client relationships within the private fund industry and contributing to the overall growth of the firm.

Maureen joined Ultimus in January 2024 bringing with her many years of experience promoting outsourced solutions for alternative investment firms. Prior to joining Ultimus, Maureen worked for notable buy-side software development firms including DataArt and GFT. She also worked in an asset-raising capacity for several hedge and commodity funds, traveling extensively throughout the US and Europe meeting with institutional investors and allocators.

Maureen received a bachelor’s degree in business administration (finance) from Longwood University in Virginia.

Mick Grunewald is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Ultimus. His primary responsibility is to promote the company’s fund services and high-quality professional staff to both established and start-up fund groups. He joined the company in July 2014, and works in the Columbus, Ohio office.

Before joining Ultimus, Mick worked in various business development roles promoting mutual fund services for two other service providers. His experience includes working with the Transfer Agent, Financial Administration and Relationship Management areas. Mick has years of experience in the ‘40 Act space with shareholder work, budgeting expense accruals, client board meeting participation, launching new funds and navigating new regulatory and compliance requirements.

Mick earned his bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree in finance from Ohio University. He has been working in the Financial Services industry since 1993.

Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is the Managing Director, Business Development for Ultimus. He joined Ultimus in April 2018 and is responsible for overseeing the promotion and sales of private fund services. Andrew works closely with the operations team to provide a client-focused approach and collaborates with other industry professionals to provide a diverse network of solutions for Ultimus clients. He works in the Chicago, Illinois office.

Before joining Ultimus, Andrew worked as Senior Vice President at Woodfield Fund Administration, LLC, where he was responsible for the development of new business, marketing,

client relations, and implementations. He also served as head of Investor Services, overseeing the day-to-day operational functions for hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other clients.

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, and marketing from the University of Iowa, and has been working in the financial services industry since 2007.

Kerric Kynard

As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Kerric focuses on developing and expanding new relationships with investment advisers and asset managers, as well as offering consultative guidance to prospects and clients seeking to grow their business, with Ultimus serving as a strategic service provider.

Prior to joining Ultimus in 2024, Kerric spent the previous 8 years at ACA, formerly known as Foreside, having served primarily as a Strategic Relationship Manager. Kerric was focused on strengthening and enhancing client relationships, supporting investment advisors to both US and offshore registered funds as well as private funds. Partnering with clients by participating in board meetings, consulting on new ‘40 Act fund launches in series trust and independent trusts, as well as delivering an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with distributing funds in the US, the UK, and in the US offshore markets.

In the years preceding this experience, Kerric held various management roles at other registered fund service providers. He also has experience as a mutual fund wholesaler and national account

manager, as well as serving as a “gatekeeper” to mutual fund, annuity, and retirement plan partners of an independent broker-dealer.

Kerric has recently returned to Georgetown University to complete his bachelor’s in arts in liberal studies, with a concentration in international relations. He presently holds the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor and Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor designation through the College for Financial Planning. He has been in the financial services industry since 1998.

As Senior Vice President, Business Development at Ultimus, Gilbert Maddock focuses on advancing the firm’s presence across the private funds space. Drawing on deep industry expertise, Gil partners with clients and prospective clients to deliver tailored solutions that enhance fund operations, investor servicing, and reporting. He is dedicated to identifying growth opportunities, strengthening strategic relationships, and helping private markets clients optimize their operating models and scale effectively.
 
With over 20 years of experience spanning asset management, asset servicing, and investor services, Gil brings deep expertise and a proven track record of success. Prior to joining Ultimus, Gil most recently held a business development role at MUFG Investor Services focused on driving sales of private fund administration, middle office, and banking to private fund managers. Gil also spent 6 six years at Citigroup, spearheading business development efforts in ETF servicing, fund administration, global custody, foreign exchange, and securities lending. Additionally, Gil led cross-border sales for asset servicing at BNY Mellon for over 13 years; he was also responsible for delivering custody, securities lending, financing, and liquidity solutions to institutional clients.
 
Gil holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Development from the City University of New York’s Baruch College.

As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Steve is focused on building strategic relationships with investment advisers to assist them in optimizing their back and middle office operating models by leveraging Ultimus’ suite of products and services.

Prior to joining Ultimus in June 2023, Steve held various sales roles at State Street Bank within their Asset Manager Sector. Most recently, Steve was responsible for business development activities for State Street’s Global Client Division, covering institutional asset managers around the world. His expertise includes solutions for end-to-end investment operations in areas such as Accounting, Administration, Custody, Treasury and Technology for financial institutions. His experience spans across a variety of investment products including registered mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds and separately managed accounts.

Chanté jointed Ultimus in 2024 as Vice President, Business Development and is responsible for advancing the firm’s growth initiatives. While developing new relationships with asset managers she strives to become a trusted advisor who understands the firms challenges and then provide insight and partnership to help overcome them.

Chanté has spent her entire career in fund services, starting in 2002, and has held positions with the Transfer Agency, Client Service and Sales Enablement teams. Throughout the years she has used her natural curiosity to uncover client needs and strategically connect them with the people and resources needed to find a solution.

Chanté obtained her bachelor’s degree in professional communication management from Alverno College.

As Vice President, Business Development at Ultimus, Will is responsible for advancing the firm’s growth initiatives and presence across the private funds space. Will strives to be a trusted partner who understands a firm’s challenges and provides a collaborative, client-centric approach to help them achieve their growth initiatives.
 
Prior to joining Ultimus in August 2025, Will spent the previous 6 years at Northern Trust, holding roles in operations and business development. His most recent role at Northern Trust was within its business development group, where he focused on providing tailored fund administration, custody, and related asset servicing solutions to traditional asset managers, with a particular focus on collective investment trust vehicles. He also previously worked in the alternative asset servicing group, where he managed operations teams focused on trade execution and private asset position reporting.
 
Will earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance from the University of Arizona. He has been working in the financial services industry since 2018.

Nick joined Ultimus in June 2025, bringing over 18 years of experience in the retail alternative industry. Prior to joining Ultimus, Nick worked at U.S. Bank Global Fund Services as Senior Vice President and Head of Registered Closed-End Fund Servicing where he was responsible for driving business growth, management of strategic partnerships and developing innovative solutions to enhance service offerings in the alternative investment space.

Lance Christofferson is Senior Vice President of retail alternatives transfer agent for Ultimus Fund Solutions. He is responsible for all aspects of the client’s transfer agency relationship and service execution.

Lance joined the investment industry in 2005 focusing on mutual fund operations and during his tenure has successfully managed self-directed IRA retirement products, retail alternative & mutual fund relationships. Coupled with his client relationship acumen, he brings with him a wide range of industry knowledge ranging from operations, training to control and compliance experience.

Larie Lydick, Vice President, ETFs & Mutual Fund Services, is a key ETF subject matter expert and provides guidance on all issues related to the transitions and start- ups, the street, and daily ETF operations. She is currently providing relationship and onboarding services to several ETF clients and is highly regarded in the industry. Larie’s team’s overarching goal is to advocate for ETF sponsors and mutual fund advisers by creating a culture of service and accountability that optimizes marketing efforts throughout the product’s business life cycle.

Larie has been a key contributor in formulating the firm’s strategic ETF goals and operations over the past four years. Over the past two and a half decades, she has worked in various executive-level capacities, including as Chief Operating Officer responsible for our technology development, transfer agent, and control teams. Larie has been with the firm since 1996 as a Senior Operations Manager for a former ETF strategist affiliate, CLS Investments. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a BS in Business Administration and Finance.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Sean was Director of Fund Accounting at SS&C ALPS. During Sean’s twenty-five years at ALPS he was responsible for leading the Fund Accounting Department including NAV production, valuation, corporate actions, performance, and N-PORT. Sean’s experience includes providing fund accounting services to mutual funds, closed-end funds, ETFs, and registered alternative funds.

Sean has an accounting degree from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He holds series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Paul was a Senior Vice President and Global Product Executive at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, responsible for Investment Operations products for Asset Managers. In this role, Paul led strategic initiatives to develop middle office product strategy and operating infrastructure, including trade management, collateral management, corporate actions, investment accounting and performance measurement services over the course of his career.

With more than twenty-five years of financial services experience, Paul is a seasoned operations leader with a proven track record of executing operational strategy and transformation, client service, resource capital management and consistency in meeting financial objectives in both U.S. and European assignments.

Paul is a graduate of Drexel University. He joined Ultimus in 2022 and has been in the financial services industry since 1992.

Prior to joining Ultimus in June 2023, Jessica was Director of US Mutual Funds for the Apex Group (Atlantic Fund Services prior to the 2019 acquisition), where she managed the firm’s fund accounting, administration and transfer agency services and served as President, Principal Executive Officer and Interested Trustee for the Forum Funds Complex series trusts. Jessica started in the industry in 1994 at The Bank of New York. Jessica’s industry experience includes positions in mutual fund operations and management, process and system design and implementation, project management, client and relationship management, business development and finance at Fidelity, Forum Financial Group, Citi Fund Services and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Prior to joining Ultimus in 2022, Jordan served as Chief Operating Officer for TrueMark Investments, a startup ETF issuer, where she oversaw the firm’s operations and logistics including all initiatives related to the registration, administration, distribution, and custody. Over the course of her career, she also held various operations and client service positions at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, most recently as Relationship manager. She has vast industry knowledge and in-depth experience with open-end, closed-end funds and ETFs.

Susan Hansen is the Senior Vice President of Implementation and Client Services for the day-to-day operations for Client Services. She ensures that each client is provided with the highest level of service and serves as an additional contact between the client and all Ultimus departments. Additionally, Susan coordinates and manages the process for new fund launches and fund conversions.

Susan, who joined Ultimus in April 2000, has over 24 years of mutual fund service and sales experience. Susan came to Ultimus from Dreyfus Service Corporation, where she worked from 1991 to 2000. During her career at Dreyfus, Susan conducted mutual fund training programs, managed the Inbound and Outbound Service and Sales Call Center and worked closely with Dreyfus’s Marketing Division on service and sales campaigns.

Susan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from C.W. Post, Long Island University. Susan is FINRA Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 Licensed. Susan was born in Long Island, New York where she continues to live with her husband and three children.

In addition, Todd is involved in early-stage introductory meetings with prospective clients to understand theiroperational needs prior to engagement in order to work with Ultimus colleagues to design customized servicing models for new clients.

Todd has over 24 years of experience in the mutual fund servicing industry and joined Ultimus in April 2014. Prior to his time with Ultimus, Todd worked in a variety of Transfer Agency Operations roles with SAFECO Mutual Funds in Seattle, WA, at BISYS Fund Services in Columbus, OH and at Integrated Investment Services in Cincinnati, OH. After Integrated’s fund servicing business was acquired by J.P. Morgan, Todd transitioned into client service and relationship management roles with J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services. Todd also worked briefly outside the industry as a Business Project Manager and Operations Production Control Manager at Vantiv in Cincinnati, OH before joining the team at Ultimus in 2014.

Todd is a graduate of Miami University and is a General Securities Representative as well as a General Securities Principal. He is a member of the Executive Board of Trustees of the Greater Cincinnati Mutual Fund Association and is a retired U.S. Navy Officer, having proudly served on active duty and in the Navy Reserves over a 28-year career.

Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, and works in the Columbus, Ohio office.

Before joining Ultimus, Lisa was the Vice President of Relationship Management for Huntington Asset Services Inc. with similar responsibilities. Prior to that role, she worked for Citi Fund Services (formerly BISYS Fund Services) as Senior Vice President, Client Executive, and Vice President, Relationship Manager, respectively.

Lisa is a results-driven professional with a talent for establishing consultative and strategic business partnerships with clients, vendors, and service providers to support key initiatives. She has a diversified background in client services, project management, operations, cash control, and business development.

Prior to B&G Business Solutions, Joel spent 30 years at SEI in various roles including Discretionary Investment Manager for defined contribution plans, Trust Investment Committee member for SEI Trust Company, Collective Investment Trust solutions owner, and Senior Relationship Manager for institutional investment advisers.

James started in the industry in 2004 with Ultimus, responsible for the daily calculation of NAV and accurately reconciling financial reports. James then moved over to the Fund Administration department where he was responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, SEC compliance and acted as day-to-day operational contact for clients. In 2014 with his extensive knowledge of operations, James moved to the Client Services team and advanced to his current role. James ensures that each client is provided with the highest level of service and contact at the Implementation and Relationship Management levels.

As a Long Island native, James enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, boating, traveling and outdoor activities.

In addition he holds various officer positions with other mutual fund trusts. Throughout his career, he has worked in relationship management and served in numerous management roles within the Transfer Agent, including cash control and project management.

In this role, Keri seeks to align client needs and expectations with service delivery. She is actively involved in change management and client initiatives/events, facilitates both strategic and standard client communication and serves as a point of escalation for inquiries and issues.

Keri has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry in both operations and relationship management. Prior to joining Ultimus in December 2021, Keri was a Vice President/Account Manager with Citibank N.A. in their Securities Services division where she had very similar responsibilities. While at Citi, she also supported clients utilizing custodian services such as Domestic and Global Custody, Global Tax Services, Securities Lending and Foreign Exchange.

Prior to joining Ultimus in July 2022, Shannon served as Head of Regulatory Services at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to that, she served as Chief Administrative Officer on the Fund Administration Legal team at State Street Bank and Trust Company. Much of her experience lies in regulatory services and board governance, which involves regular interaction with clients and trustees, and a strong working knowledge of the rules that govern ’40 Act registered products.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Erin worked at BNY Mellon where she acted as a Global Lead within Markets Client Onboarding with a focus on Foreign Exchange.

Prior to joining Ultimus in 2025, Liz spent more than 30 years at BNY Mellon where she most recently served as a Director and Senior Relationship Executive within the firm’s Asset Servicing business. In this capacity, Liz delivered a cohesive and unified experience to several of the Bank’s most strategic institutional clients including investment managers, insurers, large corporate and public pension plans, and not-for-profit institutions.

In Liz’s prior roles in BNY Mellon’s Business Management organization, she oversaw the administrative, operational, and financial activities of a multi-trillion dollar business segment. During her time at BNY Mellon, she led transformative initiatives to improve efficiency, scale operations, and enhance the business operating model and risk management framework. Liz also developed frameworks to balance commercial growth with strong product and risk controls.

Liz received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fordham University. Previously, Doug worked as the Director of Investor Reporting at FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter. Mike rejoined Ultimus in September 2024, bringing with him 19 years of partnership accounting experience. Prior to rejoining Ultimus, he spent two years as Vice President of Operations at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He originally joined Ultimus, as a Principal in 2021 as part of its acquisition of FD Fund Administration (FDFA). Previously, he served as Controller at a registered investment advisor with $6.6 billion in assets under management, specializing in the real estate sector. He began his career as an auditor with a focus on hedge funds at Rothstein Kass in New York City.

Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Penn State University.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, he was a Partner with FD Fund Administration responsible for accounting and financial reporting for multiple investment funds investing through various structures in real estate joint ventures approximating $2 billion in value.

Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, he was Controller for real estate funds investing commitments in excess of $1.7 billion from individual, corporate and institutional investors and prior to that was Assistant Controller of a trust responsible for the accounting functions of a commercial real estate portfolio approximating 1.5 million square feet.

George is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Widener University.

Vince was a Partner at FDFA, a fund administrator with assets under administration of over $30B prior to its acquisition by Ultimus. Prior to joining FDFA, Vince held the position of Controller for a real estate family of funds, overseeing the accounting and reporting for several of their Real Estate partnerships with over $2 billion in commitments. Earlier in his career, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for an investment advisor with over $800 million in assets under management.

Ingrid joined Ultimus LeverPoint in October 2021 bringing with her 13 years of tax experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Ingrid worked at SS&C Technologies Inc. where she was an Associate Director in the Private Equity Tax department.

Outside the office, Ingrid enjoys going out to eat and spending quality time with her family.

Tracey joined Ultimus LeverPoint in December 2021 bringing with her 22 years of private fund/investor services experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Tracey Calderon worked at Wayzata Investment Partners LLC where she held the position of Senior Paralegal, Compliance and Regulatory Services.

Tracey received her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Bethel College and her Paralegal Certification from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute.
Outside the office, Tracey enjoys spending time on the water, traveling, gardening and spending time with her family.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Steve is responsible for full life cycle recruitment activities along with developing strategic and tactical staffing plans to effectively support the talent acquisition process for all Ultimus LeverPoint offices.

Steve joined Ultimus LeverPoint in March 2022 bringing with him over 20 years of talent acquisition experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Steve worked at SS&C Technologies where he performed talent acquisition duties for the organization.

Steve received his Bachelors’ degree in Management from Indiana University.

Steve resides just west of Indianapolis, Indiana, and outside the office, he enjoys reading, running, golfing, and spending time with family.

As a Senior Manager, Private Fund Services at Ultimus LeverPoint, Keith Hartmann is responsible for providing accounting and reporting services to private equity clients, as well as working on the day-to-day operations for our clients.

Keith joined Ultimus LeverPoint in December 2021 through Ultimus LeverPoint’s acquisition of FD Fund Administration (FDFA), bringing with him eight years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Keith worked at FDFA where he helped develop the institutional private equity client practice.

Keith Hartmann began his career at SS&C Technologies in New York City, where he worked in the private equity group providing accounting and administration services to clients.

Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University.

Outside the office, Keith loves spending time with family, friends, and his Long-haired Dachshund, Riley. He enjoys traveling, golfing, snowboarding, live music, and watching football.

Nick joined Ultimus LeverPoint in December 2021, bringing with him 11 years of accounting experience including seven years of valuation experience.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Nick worked at FD Fund Administration where he provided valuation services. Nick previously worked at CohnReznick as a senior associate providing audit and attest services.

Nick received his Bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance and his Master’s degree in accounting from Penn State. Nick is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation credential granted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

David joined Ultimus LeverPoint in October 2022 bringing with him 7 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, David worked at SS&C where he provided end-to-end fund accounting services across Private Credit funds. Before life as an accountant, David served in the Army on active duty for 5 years as a Field Artillery soldier.

David received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fairfield University and his M.B.A concentrating in Finance from Boston University.

Outside the office, David enjoys staying active, playing soccer, and spending time with family.

Catherine joined Ultimus LeverPoint in 2025, as a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience in Mutual & Hedge Fund Administration. Before joining Ultimus LeverPoint she worked as an Associate Director at SS&C specializing in hedge fund administration. She graduated from Ohio University with a Master’s in Financial Economics and Franklin University with a Masters in Business Administration.

Li Liu joined Ultimus LeverPoint in June 2023, bringing with her over 15 years of fund accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Li Liu worked at IQ-EQ (Global Investor Services). She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Li holds two Master’s degrees, one in Accounting and Information Management and another in Management and Administrative Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Outside the office, Li likes to travel, cook, and garden.

Lucas joined Ultimus LeverPoint in July 2022, bringing with him over twenty years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Lucas worked at BlackRock as a Director where he managed U.S. and International financial reporting, compliance, valuations and tax for multiple private equity funds. Before that, he held Controller positions for multiple private equity investment advisors. Lucas began his career with UHY Advisors in Hartford Connecticut.

Lucas received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Marina joined Ultimus LeverPoint in August 2020, bringing with her 12 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Marina was the Chief Financial Officer for Tully Rinckey. Her experience spans client facing roles in forensic accounting & auditing and financial management with private organizations.

Marina received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Siena College, her Master’s Degree in Professional Accountancy from the State University of New York at Albany, holds a New York State Certified Public Accounting License, and is an Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) designated Certified Fraud Examiner.

As a Director, Nick is responsible for providing reporting services to Private Equity Real Estate Funds, and also maintains the day-to-day operations for each of his clients. Nick joined Ultimus LeverPoint in July 2011, to which his role grew as the company evolved.

Nick has experience in many areas of Private Equity, specifically with Real Estate Funds. In addition, Nick also has experience with Co-Investment Vehicles, and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) structures.

Nick received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Siena College.

Outside of the office, Nick loves to be adventurous while traveling to foreign countries, spending time with his family, his two extra-large Newfoundland dogs, and is an avid fan of the New York Yankees and North Carolina Tar Heels basketball.

As Investor Services Senior Manager at Ultimus LeverPoint, Christine Sarver is responsible for overseeing all fund activities as they relate to investors, including investor reporting and communications, capital activity events, fundraising, onboarding and acting as the primary relationship between investors and service providers.

Christine brings with her over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in Investor Relations in Private Equity, Real Estate, Alternative Investments and Fund of Funds. Previously, in early 2020, Christine joined FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter where she served as Senior Manager of Investor Relations before it was acquired by Ultimus in 2021.

Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, Christine was a director of Investor Services with Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners overseeing a global client base in more than 60 private equity and real estate fund of funds with over $16 billion dollars in assets.

Christine received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Advertising from Drexel University.

As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Aimee oversees the Private Fund Solutions Recruiting and Administrative Team, working closely with the Vice President, Human Resources. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Ultimus CONNECT Committee and Advisor of the Ultimus Diversity Committee.

Aimee joined Ultimus LeverPoint in 2017, bringing with her over 18 years of experience in recruitment, training, benefits administration, performance management, employee safety, employee relations and compliance.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Aimee gained extensive experience working in various positions of increasing responsibility in Construction and Retail. Aimee holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Bryant & Stratton College.

She holds her Certified Professional certification from Society for HR Management.
