Gary Tenkman serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ultimus, providing strategic leadership and overseeing execution across the firm’s client-centric services and solutions. He brings deep operating leadership across fund services, including growth, operating model design, product development, and regulatory engagement. Before joining Ultimus, Gary led North American operations at Citibank, N.A. Fund Services Division. 

James Cass serves as Vice Chairman of Ultimus, supporting go-to-market execution, strategic initiatives, and key client relationships. He brings more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience across registered and alternative investments. Previously, James served as President of Ultimus Private Fund Solutions, founded Hidden Crest LLC, and held senior leadership roles at SEI Investments. 

John Lehner serves as President of Public Fund Solutions at Ultimus, responsible for strategic direction and growth across the public fund administration segment. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience building and scaling client-focused organizations across investment management and technology-enabled services. Prior to Ultimus, John served as President and Board Observer at FundGuard and held executive roles at State Street and BNY Mellon, including Eagle Investment Systems. 

Jay Martin serves as President of Private Fund Solutions at Ultimus, leading the private fund administration business across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, fund of funds, and private credit. He brings extensive leadership experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and client success across alternative investment service models. Previously, Jay served as President of Investment Services at U.S. Bank and held executive roles at Citco and Citi, with earlier roles at JPMorgan and The Bank of New York. 

Danielle Adamson serves as Chief Client Officer at Ultimus, where she leads an enterprise approach to client engagement, retention, and the overall client experience across Ultimus’ platform. She brings more than 20 years of financial services experience, with a strong track record in client advocacy and building strategic partnerships. Prior to Ultimus, she held client relationship and leadership roles at BNY and spent 16 years at State Street supporting investment managers across operations and client engagement.

Teresa Connors serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Fund Services at Ultimus, overseeing fund accounting, financial administration, tax, and compliance services across multiple product types. She brings more than 27 years of experience supporting registered and alternative funds. Prior to Ultimus, Teresa served at State Street as a global functional head leading financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and tax compliance operations. 

Nickolaus Darsch serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Ultimus, leading commercial strategy and client development to support firm growth. He is focused on building strategic investment adviser and industry partner relationships and supporting product structuring, governance, and operating model design. Prior to joining Ultimus, Nickolaus held roles within SS&C Technologies and predecessor firms DST Systems, ALPS, and Boston Financial Data Services across sales, relationship management, product, and research. 

Steve Farlese serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Private Fund Solutions group at Ultimus, overseeing operational strategy and execution across private equity, venture capital, hedge, and private credit fund servicing. He brings more than 30 years of experience in alternative fund operations, investor services, and global service delivery. Prior to Ultimus, Steve spent more than three decades at BNY in senior leadership roles, including Managing Director for Alts Bridge and Head of Investor Solutions. 

Kelly Ramsey Gooch serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Implementations for the Private Fund Solutions group at Ultimus, leading client implementations and key initiatives supporting private fund onboarding and transformation. She brings 30 years of experience across fund administration, operations management, investor services, and project management. Prior to Ultimus, Kelly focused on developing relationships with strategic alternative asset management clients and driving client satisfaction for a global financial services firm. 

David James serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Risk Officer at Ultimus, leading legal strategy, corporate governance, and oversight of legal and compliance teams. He brings more than 23 years of ’40 Act mutual fund legal experience. Prior to Ultimus, David served as Department Head of State Street Bank and Trust Company’s Fund Administration Legal Department and held roles at Fidelity Investments and PNC Global Investment Servicing. 

Ian Martin serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Ultimus, working across business lines to advance integration and synergy goals while meeting key financial targets. He is recognized for deep expertise in mutual fund processing, shareholder servicing, efficiency, and quality control. Before joining Ultimus, Ian led the Transfer Agent and Dealer Clearing departments as an Executive Vice President and Board member of U.S. Bank Global Fund Services. 

Heather Schwab serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ultimus, leading strategic and operational HR functions across business lines and partnering with leadership to align people and strategy. Her experience includes HR leadership in rapid-growth environments across multiple industries. Prior to Ultimus, Heather held roles of increasing responsibility at portfolio companies in the IT, apparel, and HR specialty industries. 

Jason Stevens serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Ultimus, responsible for technology across infrastructure, security, application development, and data. He brings global financial services technology leadership experience supporting complex operating models across fund services and investment operations. Before joining Ultimus, Jason led Citigroup’s global securities and fund services application development, managing more than 50 technology professionals. 

Bill Strait serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for The Ultimus Group, LLC and its subsidiaries, overseeing the Corporate Legal Department and legal matters across the enterprise. He brings extensive experience advising regulated financial services businesses through growth, governance, and complex corporate matters. Prior to Ultimus, Bill served as General Counsel of the Gemini Companies and was a partner at Scudder Law Firm. 

Kevin Wolf serves as Executive Vice President and leads client strategy and fund administration/product oversight at Ultimus, including financial administration, portfolio tax and compliance, and treasury services. He brings long-standing mutual fund industry experience with leadership across operating models and service delivery. Before Ultimus, Kevin served as President of Gemini and held roles at Salomon Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley.

Steve Wood serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ultimus, leading financial strategy and partnering with executive leadership to support growth and investment priorities. He brings a track record spanning global finance leadership, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation. Prior to Ultimus, Steve served as CFO at Conduent and held executive finance leadership roles at Fiserv. 

Nicholas Ablahani serves as Managing Director within the Retail Alternative Solutions group at Ultimus, responsible for developing and scaling the firm’s retail alternatives business. He brings more than 18 years of experience in the retail alternatives industry, focused on strategic growth initiatives and operating model enhancements. Prior to Ultimus, Nicholas served at U.S. Bank Global Fund Services as Senior Vice President and Head of Registered Closed-End Fund Servicing. 

Chris Cullison serves as Managing Director within the Private Fund Solutions group at Ultimus, providing product oversight for private equity and hedge fund clients. He joined Ultimus in 2019, bringing more than two decades of accounting and administrative services experience. Prior to Ultimus, Chris held leadership roles at SS&C across 1940 Act, hedge fund, and private equity products. 

Andrew Jones serves as Managing Director, Business Development at Ultimus Private Fund Solutions, leading sales and relationship management for private fund clients. He joined Ultimus in 2018 and brings extensive experience in fund administration and investor services. Prior to Ultimus, Andrew held senior leadership roles at Woodfield Fund Administration, overseeing business development and client services for alternative investment managers.

Corinne Weidner serves as Managing Director within the Private Fund Solutions group at Ultimus, specializing in private equity and venture capital. She brings more than 20 years of asset management industry experience. Prior to Ultimus, Corinne was a Partner at FD Fund Administration and began her career at KPMG. 

Jessica Robertson serves as Managing Director within the Private Fund Solutions group at Ultimus, overseeing operations across private equity accounting, management company accounting, treasury services, and investor services. Prior to Ultimus, Jessica worked at Ernst & Young supporting real estate funds and public REIT clients. 

Jeannette Torres serves as Managing Director, leading Ultimus’ Private Funds Operational Framework and helping expand the firm’s capabilities across the private markets space. She brings more than 25 years of financial services experience spanning operations, audit, and risk management, with deep expertise in alternative investments, mutual funds, ETFs, and wealth management. Prior to joining Ultimus, she served as Head of Wealth Management Alternatives Operations at UBS and Global Head of Investor Services for Alternatives at BNY.

James Mulligan serves as Managing Director within the Private Fund Solutions group at Ultimus. He supports the delivery of private fund administration services across client engagements. Prior to joining Ultimus, James held senior roles at Citco and BNY in private fund administration where he led teams supporting complex fund structures for institutional asset managers. 

Paul Wahmann serves as Senior Vice President within the Investment Operations group at Ultimus, leading middle office product strategy and commercial execution. He brings deep product leadership experience across investment operations and operating infrastructure. Prior to Ultimus, Paul served as a Senior Vice President and Global Product Executive at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. 

Kristin McCann serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Ultimus Fund Solutions, overseeing the firm’s compliance program and internal compliance function. She chairs the compliance and risk committees, serves on the pricing committee, and partners closely with regulators and external auditors. Prior to joining Ultimus in 2010, Kristin served as an Assistant Vice President and Compliance Officer at Ivy Asset Management, a registered investment adviser specializing in alternative strategies. 

Jesse Halle serves as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Ultimus Fund Solutions, overseeing the Legal Administration department and supporting registered fund clients and internal business teams. He brings more than 23 years of experience advising investment companies on regulatory, governance, and complex legal and operational initiatives. Prior to Ultimus, Jesse served in senior legal roles at State Street Bank and Brown Brothers Harriman and practiced securities and corporate law at Sullivan & Worcester. 

Lou Maiuri serves as an independent member of the Ultimus Board of Directors, providing governance and strategic guidance as the firm advances its growth strategy. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience across fund administration and investment operations. Lou currently serves as Chairman and CEO of AssetMark and previously held senior leadership roles at State Street and BNY Mellon. 

Terri Fiedler serves as an independent member of the Ultimus Board of Directors, bringing distribution and governance experience to support Ultimus’ growth trajectory. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in financial services with expertise in distribution, enterprise strategy, and global operations. Terri currently serves as President of Retirement Services at Corebridge Financial and previously held senior leadership roles at Corebridge (formerly AIG Life & Retirement), Invesco, and AIM Distributors.
