As Chief Executive Officer, Gary is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company, then oversees the implementation and progress of those plans. In his role, Gary works closely with the executive management team to ensure the operational delivery of Ultimus’ client centric services and solutions.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Gary was head of North American Operations at another large fund service provider where he was responsible for service delivery for all clients in the region. During his 16 years there, he had increasing responsibilities in several different leadership positions including areas such as alternative investment fund services, European fund services, and U.S. fund services. He is an experienced leader in the fund services industry responsible for growing businesses, leading teams, operating model design and implementation, product development, relationship management and regulator interaction. Prior to that, Gary was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young responsible for the investment management practice in the Ohio Valley area.

Gary is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He joined Ultimus in 2014 and has been in the financial services industry since 1990.

James Cass

As President of Ultimus LeverPoint, James Cass oversees the firm’s client-centric service and solutions offering. He is responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies as well as new sales growth for the private fund administration business. Jim brings over 30 years’ experience in the operations and servicing space for registered and alternative investments to the executive team.

Previously, Jim held a position at SEI Investments leading the Alternative Investment Fund Administration business as SVP and Managing Director. As Business Head, Jim was responsible for strategic product development, client service, and operational service model.

Prior to his Managing Director role, Jim served as Senior Director to the Mutual Fund Product Solution Team, responsible for SEI’s Unitized Funds Offering. In this role, Jim focused on assisting clients with strategic distribution plans and product enhancements.

After departing from SEI in 2020, Jim founded Hidden Crest LLC an Alternative Investment Services consulting firm where he assisted service providers and Private Equity firms with strategic and tactical initiatives.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Jim is Chair Emeritus of the Thomas Jefferson Kanbar College Advancement Council.

Mark Seger

As Vice Chairman, Mark is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm and for maintaining the high-quality standards delivered to clients. He has 30 years of industry experience working directly with clients and boards.

Prior to co-founding Ultimus in August of 1999, he was Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Operating Officer of another mutual fund service provider and registered transfer agent. During his 12 years at that company, Mark held various positions of increasing responsibilities including Mutual Fund Controller, Treasurer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer.

Prior to that, Mark was a Senior Accountant in the Audit Division of Arthur Andersen’s Cincinnati office, working primarily on financial services industry engagements, including two mutual fund complexes.

Mark is a 1984 graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.

As Executive Vice President & COO, Evan oversees the day to day operations of the Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions group. He also works closely with the management team on strategic initiatives and provides technical accounting guidance to the fund accounting team.

Evan co-founded Woodfield Fund Administration, LLC in 2005. He was instrumental in growing Woodfield from a start-up firm with three employees to a widely recognized private fund administration firm.

Prior to co-founding Woodfield in 2005, Evan served as Chief Financial Officer of a registered investment adviser which managed four hedge fund of funds. Prior to that, he was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in Dallas, where he was responsible for the oversight of the annual audits of more than forty private fund clients.

Evan is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and California (Inactive). He has been in the financial services industry since 1994.

As an Executive Vice President with Ultimus LeverPoint, Jacqueline Boggs has more than 30 years of partnership accounting experience.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Jacqueline was Chief Operating Officer at FD Fund Administration where she led the company for nearly 9 years. Prior to FD Fund Administration, Jacqueline was Chief Accounting Officer for a multi-billion dollar real estate fund, overseeing the accounting and reporting for a family of Real Estate Funds.

Jacqueline also served as Vice President of Finance and Director of Tax with a privately held real estate brokerage firm and property management company. She also spent eight years in public accounting which included serving as a Tax Manager with Ernst & Young.

Jacqueline has extensive experience leading the administration of real estate funds and has earned a track record of providing exceptional investor relations support to funds. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jacqueline received both her Master of Science in Taxation and B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Richard Couch

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Richard is responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, overseeing corporate accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury management, capital planning, billing, and financial strategy.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Richard led the financial management, strategic planning and capital optimization as Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Banking at both First Citizens Bank and Santander Bank US. Richard also served the City of New York, appointed to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the New York City Housing Authority, where he headed the financial turnaround efforts and financial stabilization of North America’s largest public housing authority. Previously Richard held leadership roles in corporate strategy, M&A, and restructuring at Neuberger Berman, Citigroup and American Express.

Richard earned an MBA from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He joined Ultimus in 2023 and has been in the financial services industry since 1992.

As President of Ultimus LeverPoint, Tom DiEgidio oversees the firm’s client centric service and solutions offering. He is responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies as well as new sales growth for the private fund business. Tom brings over 25 years’ experience in Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting to the executive team at ULP.

Previously, in late 2015 Tom joined FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter. He was appointed CEO of FDFA in 2020 and was instrumental in growing the firm’s assets under administration to over $30B before it was acquired by Ultimus in 2021.

Prior to FDFA, Tom held senior management roles at Citi Private Equity Services and BNY Mellon, overseeing accounting administration and reporting for his clients’ multi-billion dollar investment partnerships. Earlier in his career, he served as controller for CMS Companies, a private equity and real estate investment advisor with over $2 billion in assets under management.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Widener University.

As EVP, Client Relationship Officer for Ultimus LeverPoint, Kelly Ramsey Gooch is responsible for developing relationship management strategy for Ultimus LeverPoint’s private fund business and leading day-to-day relationship management efforts for our clients.

Kelly joined Ultimus LeverPoint in October 2020 bringing with her 25 years of experience in client-facing roles within the registered and private fund administration business. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Kelly was focused on developing relationships with strategic alternative asset management clients and driving client satisfaction for a global financial services business. In addition to relationship management, Kelly’s experience includes fund administration, operations management, investor services, project management, business development, and client implementations.

Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey and her Masters of Science degree in Leadership from Duquesne University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.

As Executive Vice President, Head of Sales, Gary is responsible for developing the sales and market strategy across the organization and managing the execution of that strategy across the various market segments for the entire suite of Ultimus solutions.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Gary was Senior Vice President and National Sales director at two other large fund service providers where he was responsible for developing and managing their business development efforts. With over 30 years of experience in the asset servicing industry, Gary has consistently developed and managed sales teams focused on delivering outsourced front, middle and back office solutions across both traditional and alternative asset management firms.

Gary is a graduate of Youngstown State University. He joined Ultimus in 2019 and has been in the financial services industry since 1990.

David James

As Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Risk Officer at Ultimus Fund Solutions, David is responsible for the legal aspects for the company’s operations, strategic initiatives and corporate activities. He oversees the Fund Administration and Compliance teams including the overall delivery of legal services to the company’s clients, contractual matters, product development, and support to the company’s executive management team.

David has over 20 years of 1940 Act mutual fund legal experience. Prior to joining Ultimus Fund Solutions in 2018, David served as the head of the legal department at one of the industry’s largest service providers, leading a group of over 50 attorneys and paralegals that provided legal regulatory services to over 60 mutual fund complexes. David spent 15 years at this large service provider and prior to that role, he worked in the legal departments for Fidelity Investments and PNC Global Investment Servicing (US), Inc.

David has served on the NICSA Legal and Regulatory Committee and was a major contributor to an industry publication entitled “Building Investor Confidence: A Guide for Mutual Fund Boards of Directors.” He has also served on industry panels for BoardIQ, Independent Directors Council of the ICI, NICSA, State Street and Boston Financial Data Services.

David entered the financial services industry in 1997 after beginning his legal career as a trial attorney in Boston.

David holds a law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law (1995). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from East Tennessee State University (1993). He is a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars.

As a Senior Adviser of Ultimus LeverPoint, David supports the firm from a strategic standpoint working closely with the executive team. David has a long and varied career in financial management, including roles as Vice President of Finance & Operations at the Ayco Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs and as Vice President of Finance & Controller and Vice President of Strategic Planning at KB Toys.

In addition, David’s work experience includes financial roles in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) and Namic Corporation and several years working in foreign currency options with Noonan, Astley and Pearce. During his career, David has also co-founded Finning Builders, LLC, a real estate development company and Central Block, LLC, an investment company whose primary purpose is to acquire, hold and manage investments.

A Certified Public Accountant since 1995, David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Lafayette College and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Union College.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Ian works across all business lines to ensure that integration and synergy goals and activities are completed on time while meeting key financial targets. He also has executive management business line responsibilities within the Transfer Agent and Distributor.

Ian is a seasoned veteran in mutual fund processing, shareholder servicing, efficiency and quality control. Prior to joining Ultimus, Ian was Executive Vice President and led the Transfer Agent, Shareholder Servicing and Dealer Clearing Services departments at U.S. Bank Global Fund Services. He was also Chairman of the Board for Trust Advised Portfolios.

Prior to joining Fund Services, Ian was vice president and group manager of Mutual Funds and Entitlement Services department for U.S. Bank, where he oversaw all aspects of mutual funds, asset file, pricing, income, proxies and corporate actions.

Ian received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He joined Ultimus in 2019 and has been in the mutual fund industry since 1992.

As a member of the executive management team, she works closely with the leadership group to align and strengthen the link between people and strategy.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Heather gained extensive experience working in various positions of increasing responsibility at rapid growth portfolio companies in the IT, Apparel and HR specialty industries. This broad spectrum of past employment brings the perspectives and exposure necessary to facilitate developing leaders and empowering employees.

Heather is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and holds her Senior Professional Human Resources certification. She is also a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati and is avidly involved in the community. In her personal time, Heather enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and three young children.

Jason Stevens

Jason is responsible for overseeing technology at Ultimus, including infrastructure, security, application development and data.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Jason was the head of a large service provider’s global securities and fund services application development and support team. There he managed a group of over 50 technology professionals supporting technology solutions for multiple global business lines including fund services, middle office, hedge and private equity fund services. Jason held numerous other roles of increasing responsibility in both fund accounting and information technology during his career at several large service providers in the financial services industry.

Jason received a B.S. in Finance from Bryant University in Providence, Rhode Island and his MBA from Boston University. He has extensive experience in fund servicing, both in operations and technology. Jason joined Ultimus in August 2015 and has been in the financial services industry since 1999.

Bill Strait serves as General Counsel of Ultimus Fund Solutions.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Mr. Strait practiced law at Scudder Law Firm, P.C., LLO beginning in 1992. Bill started his career as Associate General Counsel for NorthStar Financial Services Group in October 2012, before assuming the mantle of General Counsel for both Gemini and NLD in May 2014. Mr. Strait received his Juris Doctorate degree from Cornell Law School.

As Executive Vice President and Head of Fund Servicing, Bill is responsible for the day to day servicing of our clients. In this role, he is responsible for managing the teams that provide high quality fund accounting, transfer agent and client relationship management services.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Bill was Managing Director and Client Service Leader at another large fund service provider where he was responsible for the employees and clients. During his nearly thirty years in the Fund Administration industry, he also held positions including Division Leader, Executive Vice President of Operations, Head of Client Services and Head of Product and Business Development. Bill’s experience includes leading teams in the United States and Europe to provide fund administration services to mutual funds, hedge funds, separate accounts and private equity funds. He began his career as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche for six years.

Bill is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He joined Ultimus in 2017 and has been in the industry since 1987.

Kevin Wolf joined Gemini (now Ultimus Fund Solutions) in 2001 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Fund Administration and Product. Prior, Kevin served as the Executive Vice President of Gemini, overseeing the fund and legal administration units. Kevin also serves as an officer to certain clients of Ultimus.

Kevin started in the mutual fund industry in 1991. Prior to joining Ultimus, Kevin was an assistant vice president in the financial reporting department for Salomon Smith Barney Asset Management. There, he was responsible for the preparation of shareholder reports for over 200 mutual funds while supervising a staff of reporting specialists. Kevin’s other prior experience includes work as a mutual fund accountant for both Dean Witter (currently Morgan Stanley) and Chemical Bank (currently JP Morgan Chase).

Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.

Joe Bree joined Ultimus in January 2021 as Senior Vice President, Business Development. In this role, Joe will focus on a collaborative, consultative approach to educating advisers on the comprehensive suite of services that Ultimus offers for registered commingled investment products.

Joe started his career as a mutual fund accountant in 1996 and has been focused primarily in the investment management industry with positions across the fund servicing spectrum including as Fund Accounting Team Leader, Fund Administration Manager, Financial Operations Principal, Director, Treasurer, CFO, and Senior Global Strategic Account Executive.

Joe received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Accounting and is a licensed CPA.

Nickolaus Darsch

Nickolaus Darsch is Managing Director, responsible for client development activities and contributing to firm growth strategies. Nick focuses on building strategic investment adviser and industry partner relationships and supports product structuring, governance, and operational design efforts. In addition, Nick leads the firm’s retail alternatives practice including interval and tender offer funds, business development companies, as well as wealth platforms. Nick joined Ultimus in July 2019 as Senior Vice President, Business Development.

Prior to Ultimus, Nick held multiple roles within SS&C Technologies (including predecessor firms DST Systems, ALPS, and Boston Financial Data Services) in sales, strategic relationship management, product, and research groups. In 2022, Nick was named to the Rising Leaders Council by the Institute of Portfolio Alternatives and previously selected as a “Rising Star” in the Asset Management industry by Fund Directions. Nick serves on various industry committees including IPA, NICSA, and ICI.

Nick received B.S. from Bentley University in Economics and Finance and an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.

Maureen Fitzpatrick

Maureen Fitzpatrick is a Senior VP, Business Development focused on developing new client relationships within the private fund industry and contributing to the overall growth of the firm.

Maureen joined Ultimus LeverPoint in January 2024 bringing with her many years of experience promoting outsourced solutions for alternative investment firms. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Maureen worked for notable buy-side software development firms including DataArt and GFT. She also worked in an asset raising capacity for several hedge and commodity funds, traveling extensively throughout the US and Europe meeting with institutional investors and allocators.

Maureen received a BS degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Longwood University in Virginia.

Outside the office, Maureen enjoys kayaking, pickleball, traveling and spending time with her family and golden retriever, Maui. She works remotely from Tampa, FL after relocating from the NY/NJ area two years ago.

In this role, Mick’s primary responsibility is to promote Ultimus’ high touch fund services and high-quality professionals to established and start up fund groups.

Prior to Ultimus, Mick held various business development roles at two other service providers, promoting mutual fund services. His experience includes working within the Transfer Agency, Financial Administration, and Relationship Management areas. With his knowledge of the ’40 Act space from shareholder work, to budgeting expense accruals, to participating in client board meetings, to launching new funds and navigating new regulatory and compliance requirements, he helps guide advisers through the complicated process of bringing new financial products to market.

Mick is a graduate of Ohio University. He joined Ultimus in July 2014 and has been in the industry since 1993.

Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is the Senior Vice President, Business Development for Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions. He joined Ultimus in April 2007, and is responsible for overseeing the promotion and sales for private fund services. Andrew works closely with the executive team to provide a client-focused approach and collaborates with other industry professionals to provide a diverse network of solutions for Ultimus clients. He works in the Chicago, Illinois office.

Before joining Ultimus, Andrew worked as Senior Vice President at Woodfield Fund Administration, LLC, where he was responsible for the development of new business, marketing, client relations, and implementations. He also served as head of Investor Services, overseeing the day-to-day operational functions for hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other clients.

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Iowa, and has been working in the financial services industry since 2007.

As a Business Development, Vice President, Charlie Kennedy is responsible for developing and growing our Alternative Investment client base.

Charlie joined Ultimus LeverPoint in January of 2024, bringing with him nine years of experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Charlie worked at SS&C Technologies where he was an Associate Director of Business Development. Prior to SS&C, he started his career at Barclays Investment Bank.

Charlie received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Lafayette College.

Outside the office, Charlie enjoys cooking, golfing, and spending time with his fiancé Jenna and their dog Woody.

As SVP, Business Development, Steve is focused on building strategic relationships with investment advisers to assist them in optimizing their back and middle office operating models by leveraging Ultimus’ suite of products and services.

Prior to joining Ultimus in June 2023, Steve held various sales roles at State Street Bank within their Asset Manager Sector. Most recently, Steve was responsible for business development activities for State Street’s Global Client Division, covering institutional asset managers around the world. Expertise in end-to-end investment operations including Accounting, Administration, Custody, Treasury and Technology solutions for these financial institutions. His experience spans across a variety of investment products including registered mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds and separately managed accounts.

Steve received a B.S. from Bentley University in Finance and Accounting and an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.

As a Senior Vice President of Relationship Management, Jessica Chase is responsible for ongoing relationship management of select clients and development of partnership initiatives to optimize services for investment advisor clients. Jessica focuses on ensuring an understanding of client business growth objectives, facilitating service and growth expectations, and communicating current and future Ultimus business enhancements to clients.

Prior to joining Ultimus in June 2023, Jessica was Director of US Mutual Funds for the Apex Group (Atlantic Fund Services prior to the 2019 acquisition), where she managed the firm’s fund accounting, administration and transfer agency services and served as President, Principal Executive Officer and Interested Trustee for the Forum Funds Complex series trusts. Jessica started in the industry in 1994 at The Bank of New York. Jessica’s industry experience includes positions in mutual fund operations and management, process and system design and implementation, project management, client and relationship management, business development and finance at Fidelity, Forum Financial Group, Citi Fund Services and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Maine where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting in 1993.

As a Vice President of Relationship Management for Ultimus Fund Solutions, Jordan Fletcher is responsible for developing client relationships by working closely with clients and the service teams. Her goal is to ensure clients, no matter their size, receive top tier service

Jordan has been in the financial services industry on both the advisor and service provider side since 2009. Prior to joining Ultimus in 2022, Jordan served as Chief Operating Officer for TrueMark Investments, a startup ETF issuer, where she oversaw the firm’s operations and logistics including all initiatives related to the registration, administration, distribution, and custody. Over the course of her career, she also held various operations and client service positions at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, most recently as Relationship manager. She has vast industry knowledge and in-depth experience with open-end, closed-end funds and ETFs.

Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, from Missouri Western State University.

Susan Hansen

Susan Hansen is the Senior Vice President of Implementation and Client Services for the day-to-day operations for Client Services. She ensures that each client is provided with the highest level of service and serves as an additional contact between the client and all Ultimus departments. Additionally, Susan coordinates and manages the process for new fund launches and fund conversions.

Susan, who joined Ultimus in April 2000, has over 24 years of mutual fund service and sales experience. Susan came to Ultimus from Dreyfus Service Corporation, where she worked from 1991 to 2000. During her career at Dreyfus, Susan conducted mutual fund training programs, managed the Inbound and Outbound Service and Sales Call Center and worked closely with Dreyfus’s Marketing Division on service and sales campaigns.

Susan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from C.W. Post, Long Island University. Susan is FINRA Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 Licensed. Susan was born in Long Island, New York where she continues to live with her husband and three children.

As Senior Vice President of Relationship Management for Ultimus Fund Solutions, Todd manages strategic relationships with key Ultimus clients, promoting client satisfaction and the growth of long-lasting client partnerships. He also works closely with selected prospective clients during the implementation, transition and onboarding phase of new relationships. In addition, Todd is involved in early-stage introductory meetings with prospective clients to understand theiroperational needs prior to engagement in order to work with Ultimus colleagues to design customized servicing models for new clients.

Todd has over 24 years of experience in the mutual fund servicing industry and joined Ultimus in April 2014. Prior to his time with Ultimus, Todd worked in a variety of Transfer Agency Operations roles with SAFECO Mutual Funds in Seattle, WA, at BISYS Fund Services in Columbus, OH and at Integrated Investment Services in Cincinnati, OH. After Integrated’s fund servicing business was acquired by J.P. Morgan, Todd transitioned into client service and relationship management roles with J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services. Todd also worked briefly outside the industry as a Business Project Manager and Operations Production Control Manager at Vantiv in Cincinnati, OH before joining the team at Ultimus in 2014.

Todd is a graduate of Miami University and is a General Securities Representative as well as a General Securities Principal. He is a member of the Executive Board of Trustees of the Greater Cincinnati Mutual Fund Association and is a retired U.S. Navy Officer, having proudly served on active duty and in the Navy Reserves over a 28-year career.

Lisa Householder is a Senior Vice President, Relationship Management for Ultimus Fund Solutions, responsible for monitoring overall client satisfaction and business initiatives. She is the main point of contact regarding mutual funds, liquid alternatives, and collective investment trusts for clients that utilize a comprehensive suite of solutions from Ultimus including fund administration, fund accounting, transfer agency, and distribution. Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, and works in the Columbus, Ohio office.

Before joining Ultimus, Lisa was the Vice President of Relationship Management for Huntington Asset Services Inc. with similar responsibilities. Prior to that role, she worked for Citi Fund Services (formerly BISYS Fund Services) as Senior Vice President, Client Executive, and Vice President, Relationship Manager, respectively.

Lisa is a results-driven professional with a talent for establishing consultative and strategic business partnerships with clients, vendors, and service providers to support key initiatives. She has a diversified background in client services, project management, operations, cash control, and business development.

Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Heidelberg University. She holds a Series 6 license (officially the Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative Qualification Examination) from FINRA.

As a Senior Vice President of Relationship Management, Joel Lieb is responsible for ongoing relationship management of select clients and development of partnership initiatives to optimize services for investment advisor clients. Among his many responsibilities, Joel focuses on ensuring an understanding of client business growth objectives, facilitating service and growth expectations, and communicating current and future Ultimus business enhancements to clients.

Prior to joining Ultimus in July 2021, Joel was Executive Vice President of B&G Business Solutions, Inc., a boutique management consulting firm where he was responsible for business and risk management, as well as, expanding the management consulting practice for investment advisers seeking product development and operational outsourcing advice. Prior to B&G Business Solutions, Joel spent 30 years at SEI in various roles including Discretionary Investment Manager for defined contribution plans, Trust Investment Committee member for SEI Trust Company, Collective Investment Trust solutions owner, and Senior Relationship Manager for institutional investment advisers.

Joel received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Saint Vincent College and has been in the industry since 1989. He is frequently a contributor on investment-related panels.

Larie Lydick, Vice President, ETFs & Mutual Fund Services, is a key ETF subject matter expert and provides guidance on all issues related to the transitions and start- ups, the street, and daily ETF operations. She is currently providing relationship and onboarding services to several ETF clients and is highly regarded in the industry. Larie’s team’s overarching goal is to advocate for ETF sponsors and mutual fund advisers by creating a culture of service and accountability that optimizes marketing efforts throughout the product’s business life cycle.

Larie has been a key contributor in formulating the firm’s strategic ETF goals and operations over the past four years. Over the past two and a half decades, she has worked in various executive-level capacities, including as Chief Operating Officer responsible for our technology development, transfer agent, and control teams. Larie has been with the firm since 1996 as a Senior Operations Manager for a former ETF strategist affiliate, CLS Investments. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a BS in Business Administration and Finance.

Brian has over 25+ years of experience in the financial services industry, joining Ultimus in February of 2005. Prior to joining Ultimus, he worked in fund accounting and technology areas of Integrated Fund Services and BISYS Fund Services.

Brian is a graduate of Miami University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. He also earned his Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Sean was Director of Fund Accounting at SS&C ALPS. During Sean’s twenty-five years at ALPS he was responsible for leading the Fund Accounting Department including NAV production, valuation, corporate actions, performance, and N-PORT. Sean’s experience includes providing fund accounting services to mutual funds, closed-end funds, ETFs, and registered alternative funds.

Sean has an accounting degree from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He holds series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.

Matt joined Ultimus Fund Solutions in 2016 with the company’s acquisition of Huntington Asset Services, where he served in various roles since 1998. Matt is also President of the Capitol Series Trust and the Valued Advisers Trust, two multi-series trusts sponsored by Ultimus. In addition he holds various officer positions with other mutual fund trusts. Throughout his career, he has worked in relationship management and served in numerous management roles within the Transfer Agent, including cash control and project management.

Keri has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry in both operations and relationship management. Prior to joining Ultimus in December 2021, Keri was a Vice President/Account Manager with Citibank N.A. in their Securities Services division where she had very similar responsibilities. While at Citi, she also supported clients utilizing custodian services such as Domestic and Global Custody, Global Tax Services, Securities Lending and Foreign Exchange.

Much of her experience lies in regulatory services and board governance, which involves regular interaction with clients and trustees, and a strong working knowledge of the rules that govern ’40 Act registered products.

Prior to joining Ultimus, Paul was a Senior Vice President and Global Product Executive at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, responsible for Investment Operations products for Asset Managers. In this role, Paul led strategic initiatives to develop middle office product strategy and operating infrastructure, including trade management, collateral management, corporate actions, investment accounting and performance measurement services over the course of his career.

With more than twenty-five years of financial services experience, Paul is a seasoned operations leader with a proven track record of executing operational strategy and transformation, client service, resource capital management and consistency in meeting financial objectives in both U.S. and European assignments.

Previously, Doug worked as the Director of Investor Reporting at FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter. Prior to FDFA, Doug was also the Director of Investor Reporting for a multi-billion dollar real estate family of funds, overseeing the quarterly investor reporting for seven funds with committed capital in excess of $2 billion.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, he was a Partner with FD Fund Administration responsible for accounting and financial reporting for multiple investment funds investing through various structures in real estate joint ventures approximating $2 billion in value.

Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, he was Controller for real estate funds investing commitments in excess of $1.7 billion from individual, corporate and institutional investors and prior to that was Assistant Controller of a trust responsible for the accounting functions of a commercial real estate portfolio approximating 1.5 million square feet.

George is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to Citi, she spent two years as a Private Equity System Consultant at Vitech System Group. There, her primary responsibility was to provide business guidance to system development and new client onboarding for Equitrak, a leading private equity software system. Ying’s private equity career started at Columbia University Endowment Fund. She was the Director of Investment Operations, leading the accounting and operations of the endowment’s Private Equity portfolio.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Marianne was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley where she was the Head of Business Risk Management for Alternative Investments and Insured Solutions focusing on the risk control environment, procedure and process review for both teams; and the Head of Funds Solutions for the Alternative Investments Group focusing on a key vendor relationship management, overseeing the secondary market broker process as well as providing solutions for operational process issues.

Marianne received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Professional Accounting from American University. In addition, she received a Master in Business Administration in Financial Management from Pace University.

Tim joined Ultimus LeverPoint in October 2022, bringing with him over twenty-three years of varying fund accounting and administration experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Tim worked at Flow, Inc. where he was the Director of Fund Operations. Earlier experience included management of registered, hedge, and private equity teams for several fund service providers.

Tim received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bryant University and his Master’s degree in Finance from Suffolk University.

As the Director of Finance, Frank currently oversees Ultimus LeverPoint’s internal corporate finance department, and works closely with the ULP and UPFS leadership teams. He brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, planning and business operations.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint in 2018, Frank served for 10 years as CFO of Value Source International, a toy wholesale company. He previously held roles as Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Director of Finance during his 12 years at KB Toys, Inc.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Prior to the acquisition, Liz joined FDFA in 2016 as an Investor Relations Manager responsible for managing middle-market private equity clients.

Before joining FDFA, Liz was an associate and a senior associate for an investment management company focusing in private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
Liz received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing as well as her Master’s degree in Business Administration from La Salle University. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Vince has over 25 years of experience in financial services and partnership accounting, the last 15 of which were focused on Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting. Vince joined the firm in 2021 as part of Ultimus’ acquisition of FD Fund Administration (FDFA).

Vince was a Partner at FDFA, a fund administrator with assets under administration of over $30B prior to its acquisition by Ultimus. Prior to joining FDFA, Vince held the position of Controller for a real estate family of funds, overseeing the accounting and reporting for several of their Real Estate partnerships with over $2 billion in commitments. Earlier in his career, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for an investment advisor with over $800 million in assets under management.

Vince received both his Master of Business Administration and his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Rick joined Ultimus LeverPoint in 2008, and has over 25 years of tax experience, including over 10 years of public accounting, primarily with Arthur Andersen in Washington, D.C. where he sat as a Senior Manager and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he sat as a Tax Director. Rick’s financial services experience also includes advising public and private corporations and closely held entities in Washington, D.C. for a number of years, providing tax services, due diligence, M&A, general consulting and compliance to a large private equity/venture capital conglomerate.

Prior to his public accounting years, Rick was with General Electric Company for nearly 10 years starting out in Corporate Finance and moving into Corporate Tax. Rick was selected to go through a number of GE’s young leadership and management training programs.

Corinne began her career spending nearly 10 years with KPMG focusing primarily on coordinating and executing audits of registered mutual fund companies and non-registered funds including investment partnerships, fund of funds, collective trust funds, and hedge funds.

Daniel joined Ultimus LeverPoint in September 2014, bringing with him 10+ years of banking and accounting experience. Prior to joining LeverPoint, Daniel worked at Golub/Price Chopper Employees Federal Credit Union where he headed the Loan Office and Member Services.

As a Senior Manager at Ultimus LeverPoint, Allyson Rampe is responsible for providing reporting services to private equity clients and as well as working on the day-to-day operations for our clients.

Allyson joined Ultimus LeverPoint in September 2022, bringing with her over 10 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Allyson worked at State Street Bank & Trust as an Assistant Vice President where she managed clients’ accounting of private equity transactions across multiple client types including capital calls, distributions, valuations, secondary sales and other tasks as needed.

Allyson received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Rhode Island and her Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from Rhode Island College.

Outside the office, Allyson enjoys spending time with her husband, family and traveling the Northeast/Country ATV’ing and seeing places only accessible by trail.

Jennifer Saavedra-Martinez

As a Quality Control Senior Manager, Jennifer Saavedra-Martinez is responsible for standardizing procedures and implementing process controls across various functions spanning different service areas of the organization. Additionally, she’s engaged in coordinating process improvements projects for strategic clients of the firm.

Jennifer joined Ultimus LeverPoint in 2023, bringing with her over 25 years of financial services experience. Her experience has been largely in the fund administration sector formerly at HSBC and Citi where she managed development and services for top tier hedge fund clients. She’s also served as a business product manager delivering Citi’s digital services to meet the technology needs of their financial institution clients. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Jennifer was working with large Wall Street firms managing projects and implementation of technology platforms in their key business areas.

Jennifer received her degree in International Management and Economics from Boston University.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys quality time with her family and is a wellness enthusiast.

As Investor Services Senior Manager at Ultimus LeverPoint, Christine Sarver is responsible for overseeing all fund activities as they relate to investors, including investor reporting and communications, capital activity events, fundraising, onboarding and acting as the primary relationship between investors and service providers.

Christine brings with her over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in Investor Relations in Private Equity, Real Estate, Alternative Investments and Fund of Funds. Previously, in early 2020, Christine joined FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter where she served as Senior Manager of Investor Relations before it was acquired by Ultimus in 2021.

Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, Christine was a director of Investor Services with Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners overseeing a global client base in more than 60 private equity and real estate fund of funds with over $16 billion dollars in assets.

Christine received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Advertising from Drexel University.

As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Aimee oversees the Private Fund Solutions Recruiting and Administrative Team, working closely with the Vice President, Human Resources. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Ultimus CONNECT Committee and Advisor of the Ultimus Diversity Committee.

Aimee joined Ultimus LeverPoint in 2017, bringing with her over 18 years of experience in recruitment, training, benefits administration, performance management, employee safety, employee relations and compliance.

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Aimee gained extensive experience working in various positions of increasing responsibility in Construction and Retail. Aimee holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Bryant & Stratton College.

She holds her Certified Professional certification from Society for HR Management.

In her personal time, Aimee enjoys reading, running, traveling and spending time with her family.

As a Hedge Fund Accounting Director, Josh is responsible for providing reporting services to Hedge Funds and overseeing the day-to-day operations for his clients.

Josh joined Ultimus LeverPoint in September 2019, bringing with him 13 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Josh worked at SS&C as a Vice President where he provided accounting and administration services to Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients.

Josh received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and attending concerts.

Raquel joined Ultimus LeverPoint in December 2021, bringing with her 15 years in Private Equity and Hedge Fund accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Raquel worked at FD Fund Administration where she provided accounting expertise to clients focused in the Private Equity industries.

Raquel received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Bernard M. Baruch College.
