Registration is now closed. Please reach out to ma*******@******************ns.com to inquire about attending.
There is no cost to attend for clients and trustees, but attendees must pay their own travel and hotel expenses.
The registration desk will open Wednesday at 3:00 p.m., please stop by to check in and pick up your name badge. Afterward, plan to stop by our Welcome Reception from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Riverwalk Cantina for networking, food, and drinks.
Business casual attire is preferred for the Ultimus Client Summit educational sessions. Jackets not required. Please feel free to dress resort casual for the Dynamic Discovery sessions and evening networking events.
Please note: The Gaylord Texan Hotel location requires a lot of walking, we recommend wearing shoes appropriate for walking significant distances.
Transportation will be provided for the kayaking and golf sessions. Please report to the Tour Bus Lobby for departure.
Each evening networking event will be held on the grounds of the Gaylord Texan Resort. Transportation shuttles will be provided to the Glass Cactus event on Wednesday evening, please meet in the Tour Bus Lobby for departure.
The Ultimus Client Summit will conclude after the closing session on Friday, October 18 at 2:00 p.m.
