CINCINNATI, OHIO – November 29, 2016– Ultimus Fund Solutions®, LLC (Ultimus®) today announced that it has been chosen by Centaur Capital Partners, L.P. (Centaur) to provide a full suite of mutual fund services for the firm’s mutual fund. Based in Southlake, Texas, Centaur manages the Centaur Total Return Fund (TILDX) (Fund) in addition to managing other investments. The firm selected Ultimus, in part, because of its track record of efficiently converting funds from other service providers along with its expertise in serving similar sized mutual funds. Ultimus will be providing the Fund with a full range of mutual fund services, including fund administration, fund accounting, transfer agency services, distribution, and IRA custody.
