Firm to Leverage Ultimus’ Expertise for Continued Growth in Complex Operational Landscape
CINCINNATI, OHIO – SEPTEMBER 3, 2015 – Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (Ultimus) announced today that it has been chosen to provide fund accounting, transfer agent and Blue Sky services for Walthausen & Co.’s (Walthausen), two mutual funds, which exceed $785 million in net assets. Walthausen, a Malta, New York based firm with nearly $1.4 billion in assets under management, is partnering with Ultimus to leverage industry leading technology and experienced mutual fund professionals as it pursues fund growth. This is the latest in a series of wins for Ultimus, validating the firm’s position as a leader in the mutual fund accounting and transfer agency space.
