CINCINNATI, OHIO – July 19, 2016 – Ultimus Fund Solutions®, LLC (Ultimus®) announced today that it has been chosen to provide fund accounting, transfer agent and Blue Sky services for Conestoga Capital Advisers (Conestoga) two mutual funds, which exceed $795 million in net assets. Conestoga, a Pennsylvania based firm with over $1.6 billion in assets under management, is partnering with Ultimus to leverage industry leading technology and experienced mutual fund professionals.
