Firm Launches Mutual Fund Through Ultimus Managers Trust
CINCINNATI, OHIO – NOVEMBER 8, 2016 – Ultimus Fund Solutions®, LLC (Ultimus®) announced today that it was chosen to provide comprehensive fund administration services to New York-based Hudson Valley Investment Advisers, Inc. (Hudson Valley), as the firm launches its first mutual fund. As an established investment manager with over $655 million in assets under management, Hudson Valley successfully launched its first mutual fund through the Ultimus Managers Trust (UMT) platform. With the addition of Hudson Valley, the Ultimus series trust offering now serves 58 funds from 38 advisers, advancing itself in the series trust arena.
As part of its series trust offering, Ultimus will provide Hudson Valley with a full suite of fund services including: fund accounting, administration, distribution strategy, and transfer agent and shareholder services. While Hudson Valley selected Ultimus to handle the operational aspects of running their mutual fund, they pointed to Ultimus’ personal, consultative approach and reputation for providing a high level of service as key factors in their decision.
